Dates: April 4th - April 21st (late fee of $10 after this date)

Q. When do practices begin?
A. Middle of May      

Q.When do games begin and end?
A. Usually the first Saturday of June and finish on or before July 31st.

Q.How many practices per week
A. 2-3 scheduled per week before games begin, then at least one per week once games are being played. However, the total # of them used will be left up to the head coach. Typically the 5u T-Ball division doesn't have scheduled practices once games begin.

Q. What days are games and practices held on?
A. Days for both will vary. Games and practices are held during the week and on Saturdays. Wednesdays and Sundays will only be used for make up games. No games are held on Friday nights.     

Q. How many games are played?
A.
5u T-Ball plays 10 games, 6u plays 12 games and 8u/12u plays 12 games with a single elimination tournament.

*Age as of April 30, 2017 - must be at least 5 yrs of age by this date*
-
OPEN teams provide their own uniforms.             
-Individuals are provided with a Cap and Shirt only.
-ONLINE registration is now available. 

As of Monday, July 25th we are taking a waiting list/late signups in our offices located at City Hall (101 Maple Dr North). You must come into the offices, pay the fees and complete the paperwork.

Coaching Application (all head coaches of REC & OPEN teams must complete this)

--Mandatory coaches meeting for all Head Coaches will be held on Date TBA @ 6:00p at the Hendersonville City Hall. More info will be emailed to all head coaches once your paperwork is submitted. 

--Parents - If you have registered your child for the fall baseball league, the earliest you will hear from a coach will be on the night of Date TBA. Thank you for your patience.

--The 15u REC league and the 14u OPEN league must use BBCOR bats (-3). 
--12u & 10u OPEN leagues will play USSSA rules.

Concussion Information 

As of January 1st, 2014 the State of Tennessee adopted strict guidelines for High School Coaches and volunteer youth coaches for any and all athletic organizations. As a parent or a coach, you should be fully aware of the signs and symptoms of concussions. The links below include the Hendersonville Parks policy in addition to some various handouts.
