Mission Statement
The goal of the Hendersonville Parks & Recreation Dept. is to provide a well-rounded, wholesome program of leisure time activities for the mental, physical, and social well being of the residents within the City of Hendersonville.

Drakes Creek Park: 
All baseball/softball fields are OPEN and games/practices are on schedule. 

Soccer fields #13 and #14 are CLOSED.
All other soccer fields are OPEN and games/practices are on schedule.

Football fields are CLOSED.  

Football practices areas are OPEN and practices are on schedule.

Veterans Park:
All baseball/softball fields are OPEN and games/practices are on schedule.

Memorial Park:
Field is OPEN and games/practices are on schedule.

LATEST PARK NEWS AND UPDATES

- Fall 2016 Junior Tennis Lessons are now available for signup under the Tennis tab!  

- 2016 Pre-School Track Meet information is updated under the Recreation Programs tab!  Deadline to register is Sept. 23rd at 5:00 p.m.

-Phase 1 construction of our the City's newest Soccer/Lacrosse facility has now began. Phase 1 will include (2) full size soccer fields, parking, and a concession/restroom building. Master Plan link is below. You may also keep tabs on our Facebook page located at the bottom of this page.
